WAKI is fully committed to applying the highest standards of personal data protection and privacy in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 09/02/1443 AH and amended by Royal Decree No. (M/148) dated 05/09/1444 AH. WAKI has obtained the National Registration Certificate for Personal Data Protection from SDAIA.

The Personal Data Protection Law is the system concerned with protecting the personal data of individuals, ensuring their rights and defining the obligations that fall on controlling parties to ensure the implementation of its provisions.
